Charlie founded SkySite in 1999 to provide clients in NC with effective photos that stood out from others. As digital photography was becoming available, he saw ways to make photography highly effective for his clients. Whether for commercial real estate or legal use, he sets out to shoot images that tell stories and delivers them quickly. SkySite has developed a reputation as the company to count on when photos matter and there’s no room for error. When it comes to capturing that key moment in time that represents your projects, highlights your buildings, and shows off your property, you only get one shot. Charlie has the ability to get the shots that make your job easier and make you look good!  His goal is to find new ways to photograph familiar subjects in Raleigh and throughout North Carolina.

Charlie’s images show a fascination with color, symmetry, light, and composition. His goal is to convey meaning and information through photographs whether shooting an office building, a construction site, or an historical property.  Clients representing a wide range of industries trust SkySite to capture the feeling and meaning of a place and not simply show what’s there. This image received the prestigious “Best of Show” award from the International Professional Aerial Photographer’s Association. It was also selected from among over 20,000 entries to be included in “Best of Photography Annual”.

“Home By the Sea“
Taken in San Juan Puerto Rico, Home By The Sea was selected from over 19,000 images to be included in “Best of Photography Annual”. It was also given a “Master Award” at an Annual Conference of the Professional Aerial Photographer’s Association.
