Pricing for photography varies depending on a number of factors. It may be that we have the right view for you in our Image Library. Check our Aerial Map if you are looking for photos of a specific location. If not, we offer custom photography services. As for pricing, every custom photo mission is unique. Some clients want one image. Other clients want several images along with large prints. We can photograph a site one time or we can photograph it monthly or weekly to document construction progress. You may have one site in Raleigh, NC to be photographed or you may have several sites throughout the country. We can deliver your photos via e-mail at any size and resolution you need. We either attach them to an email or send you a link to click and download larger files. We use the highest resolution professional cameras combined with the world’s best lenses. The quality will amaze you!

There is no limit to the size of print that we can produce. If an image is too large to print in one piece, we produce multiple panels and install them on a wall as one, seamless image. If you have a conference room wall that is 12 feet by 16 feet, we can fill it with an aerial image! Since we produce our prints in-house, we control the quality. This also means that we can deliver prints to you quickly! If you are in the Raleigh area, we will drop off the prints at your office or job site at no extra charge. We want to meet all of our clients!

Because we own our airplane, we are the only aerial photography company in the Raleigh/Durham market that can guarantee the ability to fly same-day missions. The weather dictates when we can fly. From September-April, the air is cool and clear so we have many great opportunities to fly. In the summer months, it is often humid and cloudy, so we may have to wait a bit until we can fly. However, once we have captured custom aerial photos for you, we can deliver them the same day, if there is an immediate deadline. We capture all of our images digitally which eliminates the need to wait for film to be processed and scanned. We have even had clients meet us at the airport so that they can have their images within minutes after we land! We never want to compromise the quality of our images, but we also don’t want to miss your deadline. We will discuss this when you order your custom aerials.

We can customize your images by adding a combination of text labels, property lines, custom graphics, and logos. We have hundreds of actual restaurant and retail logos on file. We can also add your company’s logo. Adding custom graphics can greatly enhance the informational value of an image. See examples of our Digital Design services.

We permanently archive every image that we capture. Each image has a unique file number so that we can quickly retrieve a specific image if you later need us to provide additional digital files or prints.

Copyright is a complex and often confusing issue that we try to keep very simple. Typically, SkySite Images maintains ownership of every image that we capture. However, we make it very easy for you to use your images as needed. Custom images (ones that you hire us to shoot for you) come with reproduction rights that allow you to use images as part of marketing materials, websites, etc. The only limitation is that you cannot resell the images. We are open to working with you to create an agreement that satisfies your needs. Please Contact Us if you have questions about usage rights for your images.

For most of our work, we fly a Cessna 177 “Cardinal”, a four-seat, single engine airplane. We own the aircraft which enables us to fly at a moment’s notice. The Cardinal is a popular platform for aerial photography due to its balance of speed and maneuverability. For very low level aerial photography (between 10-200 feet above the ground), we use a drone. If we feel that using a drone to capture aerial photos or video will provide better results for you, we will mention this and discuss the details with you.

Of course! We believe that photographers should guarantee that you will be satisfied with the images provided. However, we have learned from clients that this is not the case with many photography companies. Our guarantee is this: if you are not completely satisfied with the photos we deliver to you, we will photograph your site again at no additional cost. Some circumstances like the weather are beyond our control, but we will do anything we can to create unique and memorable photos. It is critical to us that our clients are satisfied with their images. If we do not do exactly what we say we will do, we have not done our job and should not be paid.

We can take photos of anything that can be seen from the air. In addition to commercial real estate and construction sites, we photograph residential property (lake houses, beach houses, farms…), golf courses, industrial sites, city skylines, accident sites, apartment complexes, lighthouses…There is no limit!
